Data rights and security

A user, partner, or property owner may request information about their data, sign-in history, access deletion, profile correction, and processing restrictions.

Available requests

  • Access: receive information about account data, bookings, payment events, and support requests.
  • Correction: update incorrect contact or property data.
  • Access deletion: deactivate an account and anonymize the profile where permitted by law.
  • Restriction or consent withdrawal: disable marketing, analytics, and optional processing.

Account security

The administrator can review IP addresses, device, user-agent, and sign-in events for the last 6 months. This helps investigate account takeovers, fraud, suspicious partner actions, and disputed operations.
