How do I cancel a stay booking?
Open the booking in your account, choose a cancellation reason, and confirm. Before the final step FirstTrip shows the cancellation policy, possible fee, and refund timing.
Where can I see booking details?
Orders show dates, guests, property, room, payment status, cancellation terms, property chat, and the booking number.
How do I understand room type and beds?
Open the room card on the property page. It shows bedrooms, bed types, area, room photos, amenities, and payment rules.
