FirstTrip Terms of Use
FirstTrip provides search, booking, support, and communication tools between customers, accommodation providers, carriers, and partners. Specific stay, trip, cancellation, and payment terms are shown before booking confirmation.
Service role
Depending on the service and partner agreement, FirstTrip may act as a platform, agent, offer marketplace, or technology provider. The seller, service provider, fare rules, and payment terms should be visible before payment and in the booking confirmation.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate name, email, phone, dates, guest or passenger counts, and special requirements.
- Check fare, cancellation, check-in, baggage, tax, fee, and document rules before confirmation.
- Do not use the service for fraud, automated scraping, bypassing restrictions, or illegal activity.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is created after the form is submitted and a booking number is issued. Payment, card guarantee, or pay-at-property options depend on supplier rules and the selected rate. If data is wrong or an offer is no longer available, the service displays a clear message and asks the customer to adjust the search.
Partners and content
The partner is responsible for accurate descriptions, photos, prices, availability, cancellation rules, taxes, and mandatory fees. FirstTrip may hide or correct content that violates service rules, law, or third-party rights.
