The current electronic partner offer is available in the three website languages. The partner accepts the relevant language version before entering the dashboard.

1. Parties and acceptance. This offer is addressed to accommodation owners, transport providers, taxi providers, activity providers and other partners who connect services to FirstTrip. The service operator is the legal entity named in the FirstTrip legal details. The Partner accepts this offer online by ticking "I confirm that I have read the agreement/offer" and pressing "I agree". The system records the date, offer version, language, IP address and device data; this record is treated as electronic acceptance and conclusion of an electronic agreement.

2. Scope. FirstTrip provides the Partner with access to the workspace and tools for publishing offers, managing descriptions, photos, rooms, prices, availability, orders, messages, reports and payment settings. The Partner provides the service to the customer independently and is responsible for quality, legality, availability and actual performance.

3. Partner data. The Partner confirms that it has the right to manage the object or service and to use the trade name, photos, texts, prices and other materials. FirstTrip may request documents, registration and tax data, licenses, insurance, bank details and responsible contact persons. Unverified or risky offers may be hidden until review.

4. Listings, prices and availability. The Partner must publish accurate addresses, categories, amenities, stay or service rules, restrictions, photos, schedules, availability, final prices, mandatory fees, taxes, deposits, penalties and cancellation rules. Hidden charges, unavailable services, third-party content and misleading images are prohibited.

5. Bookings and communication. A confirmed order is the Partner's obligation to provide the service on the terms shown to the customer at booking. The Partner must respond in the workspace, app, email or phone channel shown in the order. The Partner must not ask customers for passwords, bank codes, full card numbers, CVV or move payment to unsafe channels.

6. Payments, commission and refunds. Commission, payment methods and payout timing are shown in the workspace or in a separate payment schedule. Refunds follow the fare rules, applicable law, Visa/Mastercard requirements and payment provider rules. The Partner stores only payment data allowed by law and by PCI DSS/payment provider rules.

7. Personal data and security. The Partner receives customer data only to perform an order and must protect it from leakage, avoid disclosure to third parties without lawful grounds, and delete or anonymize it when the processing purpose ends. The Partner complies with the requirements of Armenia, Russia, the EU and other mandatory jurisdictions where applicable to the customer, object, payment or service.

8. Responsibility and restrictions. The Partner is responsible for taxes, permits, migration registration, fire and sanitary safety, consumer rights, insurance, transport licenses, content accuracy, employee and contractor actions. FirstTrip may reduce visibility, suspend or remove offers and accounts in case of complaints, security risks, legal violations, payment circumvention, discrimination, fraud or refusal to perform an order.

9. Changes. FirstTrip may update this offer, platform rules, commission, technical requirements and compliance documents. A material new version is shown to the Partner before workspace access and requires new electronic acceptance. Continued service use after acceptance means agreement with the current version.

10. Governing law and disputes. This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia unless mandatory consumer, payment or personal data rules of another jurisdiction require otherwise. The parties first try to resolve disputes through FirstTrip support. If unresolved, the dispute is submitted to the competent court at the place of registration of the FirstTrip operator unless mandatory law provides another venue.

11. Legal details and contact. Current operator details, address, registration data, support email, privacy email, payment descriptor and payment provider are shown in the FirstTrip legal center and settings. If legal details are updated in the admin panel, they apply to new acceptances from publication.
